Artist Statement

The story of human trafficking that happens in plain sight. It uses different people from different ages and races because human trafficking affects all man, everywhere.
Where religion is concerned it tackles the doctrine of pain and suffering, a question that asks, “If God is alive why is there so much pain and suffering?” (hyperlink)
The faces have no mouths because they do not have a voice. They live in our communities, they suffer in our supermarkets, they do life around us but can anyone see the pain within and around them resembled by the dark background or can they see the sound in their eyes?
