God the Miracle Worker

Have you ever felt you were at your wit’s end with no where to turn? Sometimes waiting on God will leave you backed in a corner and tempted to make ends meet in ways contrary to scripture. Waiting on God tests your faith; strengthening it or causing it to crumble. When you have no where else to turn resting on God’s words – His promises – can be just what you need to stand.
“The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever.” Isaiah 40:8 (NKJV)
We do not need to remind God of His promises though He delights in hearing our voices and in knowing that we trust Him because everything He has promised to us He remembers and He is constantly working towards bringing it to fruition.
There is not a single promise too big for God. He is the God of the Universe, who also made us and holds us together til this day.
“Who has measured the waters in the hollow of His hand, measured heaven with a span and calculated the dust of the earth in a measure? Weighed the mountains in scales and the hills in a balance?”Isaiah 40:12 (NKJV)It can only be God – He is a miracle worker. It is He who has measured and held all the dust of the earth in His hand. It is also He who remembers every grain of it. He remembers every thought He has thought towards me.
“How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How great is the sum of them! If I should count them, they would be more in number than the sand; When I awake, I am still with You.salms 139:17 – 18 (NKJV) God remembers all things. He does not fail. If He is causing you to wait trust that He has not forgotten about you. His ways are higher and His thoughts wiser. God is a keeper of His words.
Trust God. Stand firm. Obey His commands.
